° Rates are per condominium per night plus 12.5% tax.
° Seven night minimum stay during high season.
° Three night minimum stay during low season.
° A non-refundanle damage waiver of $35.00 is applied to balance
of reservation.
° A cleaning fee of $100 - $150 (depending on the unit) will apply.
° Cribs and all other misc. items are available for a nominal fee.
